We are still running the Foyle Young Poets of the Year Award during the covid 19 crisis and we cannot wait to receive your poems.

To enter the competition you must be aged 11-17 years on the date of the deadline, 31 July 2020. You can enter your poem/s simply by visiting the foyleyoungpoets.org website or by post by sending your Foyle Young Poets of the Year 2020 Entry Form and your poems to The Poetry SocietyLively and well-presented UK site supporting poetry with 4,000 members internationally and some thoughtful content. www.poetrysociety.org.uk using the following address: FYP2020, The Poetry Society, London, WC2H 9BX.

If you are a school, youth group or an adult that would like to submit more than one young person then you can enter your students'/young person's work online using our quick and easy class entry form, or send them in by post. Please see our website, www.foyleyoungpoets.org, for details and the competition rules.

It is completely FREE to enter. Poems must be in English, British Sign Language or Braille (do contact if you have queries regarding any BSL and Braille entries).
